FixStamp
Privacy Policy

FixStamp is published on the Apple App Store by Dalila Oussama. This policy applies only to FixStamp. Email support@myzalife.com with a privacy question or request.
The short version
- FixStamp requires no account and contains no advertising, tracking or analytics SDK.
- Job details, notes, photos, markups and report history are processed and stored on your device.
- FixStamp does not upload this content to us or to a developer server.
- A PDF or ZIP leaves FixStamp only when you choose an export destination through Apple’s share sheet.
Information stored on your device
FixStamp can store job and client names, addresses, optional report recipients, visit details, room or task labels, trade and severity choices, notes, photos, markups, report history, and an optional business name and logo. This information stays in the app’s private container. We cannot access it.
Your Apple device-backup settings may include app data in an encrypted device or iCloud backup controlled by Apple and by you. FixStamp itself provides no cloud sync.
Camera and photo library
FixStamp requests camera access only after you choose to take a job photo. Apple’s photo picker lets you select existing images without granting FixStamp broad access to your library. Photos chosen from the library keep their imported bytes; camera photos are stored as encoded by FixStamp.
FixStamp does not request location permission. A stored photo may already contain metadata such as capture time or GPS location. Marked PDF reports are newly rendered, while an unmarked-photo ZIP can retain metadata present in the stored file. The app warns you before preparing that ZIP.
Exports
A PDF report or unmarked-photo ZIP leaves FixStamp only after you invoke Apple’s share sheet and choose a destination. The destination’s own privacy policy and your sharing choices then apply. FixStamp uses temporary export files and removes expired exports from its private storage.
Deletion and retention
You can delete jobs, visits, proof items and photos in FixStamp. To reduce accidental data loss, deleted media may remain in a private on-device quarantine for up to 30 days before automatic removal. It is not sent to us. Deleting FixStamp removes its local app data according to iOS behavior.
Purchases
FixStamp uses Apple’s StoreKit directly and does not use RevenueCat or another purchase service. Apple processes payments and provides the app with a verified entitlement so it can unlock Pro. We do not receive your card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Support messages and Apple diagnostics
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support or a legal obligation.
If you separately choose to share analytics with app developers in your Apple device settings, Apple may provide anonymous or aggregated crash and diagnostic reports. FixStamp contains no third-party crash-reporting SDK.
Children
FixStamp is a professional work tool and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age set by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security and changes
FixStamp relies on the security and encryption of your Apple device and uses iOS file protection for its local records. No storage system is completely secure. If this policy changes, the effective date above will change before the revised policy applies.
